One important ingredient to success is the ability to communicate effectively. Therefore, Clean Group has devised a way to do this especially for cleaning jobs performed outside of the regular working hours.

Our technique is just simple, really. We utilise a communication log book which we leave onsite for client’s reference. This contains regular quality audits and updates on the progress of our work.

It can also be used by the client to communicate directly with the cleaning staff. They can log issues or concerns that our staff need to know about.

But this is just complementary to the direct access our clients have to our supervisors. For more immediate concerns, our clients still have the ability to speak to our supervisors directly.
