Fantastic views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House both at day and night and ideally located with a five minute walk to Circular Quay and The Rocks. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Decor inside the room a touch dated; could do with an update, but the room was very clean. Shame there aren’t sliding doors onto the balcony with some seating and a table but you can walk out through a side door on both the lounge and bed rooms to enjoy the fabulous views. Definitely a great place to stay. I would recommend it.

I stayed at this location twice in 8 weeks. I returned a second time because the first experience was so great. The view of the harbour, Harbour Bridge and Opera House are just incredible. Spent the whole afternoon taking in the view. The service was outstanding and the staff were very accomodating. The breakfast selection was amazing and presented beautifully. The room decor was outdated but that didn’t impact the stay and I was aware of this prior and am aware updates are taking place across the hotel. The pool area and view, with outdoor balcony is just incredible. The sauna and gym were also brilliant. Fantastic location within a short walking distance to The Rocks and Circular Quay. This is my go to hotel in Sydney and look forward to many more visits.

Amazing place. We stayed in superior 1 bedroom apartment on the 14th floor, and already the city view is awesome. There are some red wine stains on the carpet in the bedroom, and the toilet wasnt clean properly. But overall really good experience, friendly staff.

Perfect customer service exists and I found it at the Four Seasons Hotel. With exceptional quality of service, I had the utmost experience. Service is provided via a touch screen pad from which you order just about anything to your room. The bars and restaurants have great staff with phenomenal drinks and food. There is a bar at the pool; and water and towels are provided in the gym. It was a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for our 8th wedding anniversary. I cannot speak more highly of the whole experience. The staff went above and beyond. They put us in a room that was high up enough so that we had a great view of the harbour. They also left a little gift in our room. The bed was so comfy and the sheets were luscious. The room was spacious and the addition of the coffee machine was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast was good. Had a variety of hot and cold foods. The wait staff were very attentive. And late checkout at 12pm was a bonus. They really thought about everything and I couldn’t fault anything! We will be coming back again.

The stay here was a very pleasant experience. The feel of history here enriches the ambience of the building. It had been so lovingly restored and the art Deco theme is delightful. The rooms are nice and well equipped. The complementary beverages in the mini bar were a great bonus and touch of luxury. The beds, pillows and linens were very comfortable. We stayed when the hotel was at full capacity. The staff were very helpful but they probably could have used a couple more. It was somewhat disappointing that room service wasn’t available when we needed it. The Cafe was closed when I tried to order a coffee in the afternoon and when I tried to order dinner there was a 1hour wait. It would be nice to have the convenience of having room service more consistently available. It would also be nice to see some more art Deco features in the rooms themselves which felt a bit more blank.

If i owned a hotel, especially a so called 5 star! I would never use it as a quarantine facility. Run by nasty police, people are sick here, pass away, trapped against their own will. How could a brand destroy their image. Think of the germs, the long dirty stays. 🤮

I was quarantined here for 14 days after coming back to Australia. The experience was amazing. The quality of food-service was five stars of course . The hotel management took an extra effort to arrange musical evening outside so that everyone could enjoy from their windows to give some relief in quarantine. Thank you very much for everything.

Spending two weeks in mandatory hotel quarantine after 5 after years in Peru was hard enough but to have my husband pass away, and the circumstances by which he did, whilst in quarantine has been the hardest experience of my life. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the team at the Sofitel for doing everything that they could to at least bring a little light in that lonely room, whilst my husband was being buried on the other side of the world. Thank you to each and every one of you for your kindness, compassion and genuine empathy; that telephone was a Lifeline and I thank you, I couldn’t have done it without you. Sending you all a big hug for the support you provided at the worst time of my life. Thanks guys xx

Great experience. We booked very last minute and when I called to see if we could check in early as we had a wedding they were able to accommodate us. Checked in on 21st Jan for 2 nights for a boys weekend with my son(adult) . Small issue with our room. Management acted quickly and gave us an upgraded room with a harbour view at no extra cost. Very helpful and ensuring customer happiness.😁😁😁 Had dinner both nights of our stay and food was excellent. Our waitress, Dagmara deserves a special mention. Very pleasant and friendly. Went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Great conversation and interaction with us and all others in the bar and restaurant and very good interpersonal skills. Very satisfied customers. Would definitely recommend this hotel. 😁😁😁

The QT Hotel has done it again! We found this boutique hotel chain during our visit to Melbourne and love the unique decor and vibe that each space offers. The QT hotel Sydney did not disappoint. We were greeted with the same, quality service, cleanliness and decor. Sam, helped us secure a dinner reservation in the area and the staff in the lobby bar whipped up a delicious cocktail as we settled in for the night. I highly recommend this hotel if your planning a staycation or few days away.

Beautiful old-world place to stay. Great location, attentive and professional staff, very clean and well maintained facilities. The pool is great and there’s a decent gym if you’re inclined (with a concept 2 rower!). Across the road from the gardens, a stroll to the water and ferries, excellent restaurants within a stones throw – it’s a great spot.
The rooms with Juliet balconies are lovely, and if you’re looking for more than a room for a night, the suites are amazing to stay in – lots of space, well appointed, comfortable beds, light and airy but great curtains to close out light and noise. The suites are excellent for extended work stays too.
We stay here regularly and are never disappointed. Latest stay in January 2022 was amazing. We will be back 🙂

The room was clean, neat and spacious but the bed was way too soft, it felt like a water bed. The buffet breakfast was good except for the omelette which was dry and tasteless. The reception staff weren’t very welcoming and warm like you’ll expect from a 5 star hotel. We got locked out of our room after breakfast and when I went down to query it, they just asked for the card, reassigned it and handed it back, no sorry for the inconvenience.

At check-in the guest service agent ran through the facilities of the hotel and engaged in friendly banter.
The room was immaculately clean and spacious, despite being an entry level room. The view was lovely and the bathroom was extremely large.
Evening canapes were brilliant, as was afternoon tea and the breakfast buffet.
The real highlight of the property is the staff, from the doormen, to house keeping, the wait staff and guest services, everyone we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful.
In the past I’ve previously been put off by the price, as the Novotel is usually more affordable, however I can now see the level of service warrants the price. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Sydney.

Oh my god, I’m 49 and decided to try a French restaurant, now hooked on French cuisine, I would sincerely and genuinely like to thank the whole team at the little snail for probably the best dining experience of my life, food “perfection” staff “perfection” environment “perfect” what an operation you have there, talk about all elements working in perfect harmony to produce a perfect end result…. I recommended you to one of my mates from work, and he came into work on Monday, buzzing about the whole experience as were my partner and I, so looking forward to being able to come back one day…. Just blown away at your level of excellence…. And to anyone considering French dining – DO IT, AND DO IT HERE, just the best.

I stayed at the Park Royal for two nights to attend a friend’s wedding. Location is great, close to Darling Harbour and perfect for my needs. The service was great and friendly. I tried to use the provided hairdryer and it was broken. Reception was very quick to provide a new working one to replace it and very apologetic. Overall reviews for the hotel are great, however I wonder if I may have got a dud room! The room felt under furnished and bare. I felt as though I was in a quarentine room if I’m honest! The air-conditioner was so loud that I could not sleep with it on, however got very stuffy very quickly in the humid summer weather. There was a “cooler” in the room instead of a minibar fridge, was not adequate to keep anything cold enough, not even a can of drink. I understand this could be an effort to reduce carbon footprint. But this detail should be clear I’m the amenities details when you book. I felt as though the room was not up to the standard of the rate I paid, I’ve stayed in far better conditions for less than an $270 a night! Parking was far more expensive than originally conveyed to me over the phone (was told by Park Royal employee prior to my stay that the local parking lot would be flat rate of $13 a day, however when I arrived this rate only applied to specific entry and exit times which did not apply to my timing, ended up costing me $80 for two nights). I wish I could write more positive than negative comments however I couldn’t help but feel ripped off after my stay 🙁

The stay was fine. The reception staff were really nice. It was the concierge guy that ruined my stay. I was in the gym doing some training and I moved the rower out of the way for more room to train. The concierge guy came in and verbally abused me for moving the equipment. I was absolutely shocked at how he spoke me and a paying guest at thew hotel. I’m not one to put in a complaint but I should have. I’m still steaming from it today and that’s why I’m putting it in a review. Because of this I will not stay at the hotel again

Amazing experience at this place with family! Building is not modern but rooms are clean and very affordable. Great amenities especially the spa, sauna and pool. Amazing customer service, will definitely be back.

Great service and staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked an opera view room which they delivered that. In term of the location, the hill was quite deep which can be difficult if you walk. Inside of the hotel room, it’s like the 1970s style which they need a good renovation in the future.

the building itself is a bit old. But the service was really great. The customer service was exceptional. The location is great. They went above and beyond to make our experience most memorable. Will def come back.

Beautiful hotel with magnificent views! There was a dramatic thunderstorm on the night we stayed – watching the lightning strike over the water was incredibly atmospheric and just added to an already amazing stay. Of course, would also highly recommend the Blu Bar if you like your spectacular views accompanied by chilled libations
