Our experience with this service was outstanding. The team was very friendly with a wonderful sense of the local community. Ate here recently on a Saturday night. Food was magnificent with generous servings. 5 of us went and chose the $29 banquet. Really delicious food and service was amazing. Staff were very friendly and advised us they will be changing to BYO soon. How thoughtful telling us this for a future visit. Parking was a little difficult but apart from that highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for a great evening.

Ordered via Menu log. 6:40 order. They rang to confirm order and it arrive just before 8pm. Only entrees and grilled beef arrived. Missing 2 cashew nut chicken and 1 duck curry. Ring shop 3 ring outs later get someone who said sorry you didn’t order what menulog email says I ordered said would give credit for duck curry as they missed it but no cashew nut chickens. I argued with them and eventually got email so sent proof of order. Then rang back 4 ring outs before answer and they said sorry will deliver now. 9pm get meals.
Food quality tasteless, dry and tough. Very chewy and threw most out as by the time we got it my kids were in bed as gave them toast. The entrees and grilled beef was grizzle cold and tough. Not enjoyable at all. No apology no nothing and spent $115 for cold very late food.
We reviewed reviews before ordering. Never again.

First class service. First time as an in-patient here for a abdominal procedure. All staff I had dealings with were very courteous and professional, from the cleaners to the surgical team. Hospital staff can be busy and stressed, so if you be nice and treat them like a person, you will be treated in kind. Very happy with the procedural side of things too, with staff attentive and informative. Thanks Norwest!

I was worried about going to this hospital due to bad reviews online, but I found everyone to be helpful, efficient, and friendly. I went into the surgical ward, and the nurses were kind and attentive, the admissions folks were helpful and the food was fine – not fancy but pretty good. My surgeon was Dr. Ngui and he is wonderful! Even the cleaning staff were nice. I know everyone has a different experience, but I’m happy that my experience at this hospital was pleasant and made having surgery a much better time than I expected. Thanks!

$385 – HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY.. Will NOT recommend Norwest Private to anyone… Sunday 5 February 2022, our son was attended by ED team after waiting for over 2 hours. There was hardly any patients in the waiting area and all looked very relaxed. The receptionist was very cold, asked for private health care card and credit card but no mention of how much will be charged and asked me to fill out few forms. As any parents we were concerned about his welfare. It’s turns out he had minor scratch on face after falling. The doctor who attended spent just 2 minutes (literally), printed out information sheet from website using The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and discharged. We paid $388.85 which we believe it totally unjustified, hence we are seeking full or partial refund. The doctor did not spent time and printed materials from website. We have send feedback forms to various departments at Norwest, to date we have not heard back from anyone…..

Wiseberry have always exceeded my expectations. Over a ten year period I worked with Wiseberry Heritage to buy a fantastic investment property, have them manage it, and then sell it for a great return when the time came. I got outdoor blinds installed yesterday. I would like to commend the Modern Group for the professionalism since the day the Sales Person walked in.
Sales presentation was great.
Invoice was raised and details of the package sent immediately.
Customer Service team contacted us at regular intervals and updated on the progress
Measurement team came and confirmed again on the measurements and pacakage
Installation done on date and time convenient to both.
Installation completed yesterday and site was left clean.
Great job guys. Well done.
I will further put my comments after using the blinds for few weeks.

Our son was enrolled here for just over a year and it was incredible! The care they provided was incredible. The staff are warm and caring and passionate about what they do and their love for the children is beautiful. They create an environment for children to grow and learn in the most wonderful way. Thankyou to all the educators who looked after our boy, you are truly incredible.

My son has been going here since last year and the carers are the nicest people. They have a genuine love for children and were very accommodating with every little question or request. They even give me advice on pacifiers, bottles, food, toilet readiness, etc. which is always so helpful. The director is lovely and knowledgeable and thorough. I enrolled my son in 2017 after an extensive search of local daycares. From my first walk through I felt the centre had a loving and supportive environment. Now in 2021 my son is starting kindergarten so sadly having to say goodbye. The teachers are absolutely fantastic. You can feel the love and care they have towards all the kids. Watching my son developer in the care of their hands was a blessing. You know your child is happy attending when he is excited to arrive each morning and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day, to me that speaks volumes on the teachers and friends made.

I have been without my Forester (my family car) for nearly 5 weeks and counting. Among a few other longstanding things, there is a very concerning safety issue which has rendered my car unsafe to drive. The Subaru dealer mechanics have no idea what’s causing the problem, and have turned to Subaru Australia HQ for assistance. Subaru Australia, in turn, have been extremely slow in supporting their mechanics, and the troubleshooting advice has been useless and a waste of everyone’s time and resources (the latest advice being to TAKE THE ENGINE OUT?!?).
Before you ask me to email your feedback team – I have, and the response has been slow too. I’ve only had one reply, and then been seemingly ignored. Fair enough we’re in covid times, but this whole situation and lack of support and ownership from Subaru Australia has been extremely disappointing. I will be looking into my consumer rights soon.

Its a shame that Subaru Australia doesn’t offer a 7 seat option for its customer. I am sure that there are many people like me are waiting for a 7 seat option. if you don’t want to bring ascent here in australia, please bring optional 7seat outback as it has the length. there are many brands that offers 7 seat option in much shorter length SUVs. I don’t know why Subary is not thinking that!!! its a real shame 👎

Subaru have by far the worst cars in the country! I’ve had my lemon- preza for 3 years now and there have been nothing but product recalls and faults.
Faulty computing that overheats in temps above 20 degrees.
Faulty speakers that were repaired i
Phone connectivity, maps, radio that glitch constantly
Faulty volume. Car has issues retaining the level of volume that is set. Always reverts back up to ear drum popping volumes.
Faulty air conditioning
Too many recalls to count.
All they ever offer is system updates and the excuse that there are no issues when the car is in their possession.
What ever happened to good old fashioned customer service is beyond me.
Considering starting a class action. There seems to be a lot of us with lemons. If anyone is interested search me up on Facebook.

Such a beautiful and inviting venue. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was AMAZING! Great atmosphere from the minute we walked in until we left where the staff was wishing people a lovely night as we were walking out. I would HIGHLY recommend taking the time to go here and have a meal and a drink with your friends / family. Oh and the drag bingo was hilarious!!! Thank you to all the staff for giving us a great night out!!!

Had my daughters baptism party here. When I phoned to book they were super helpful (unlike other places I’d tried). They were very accommodating and even let me drop the cake off before the party to be stored in the fridge. It was a group of 30 and I assumed it would be a table with the rest of the lunchtime people/area but I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived and had our own private room! The food was good and we had the most wonderful time. They really made the day great by being accommodating and helpful providing everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend booking a function here and will be booking here again in the future.

Charlotte proved to be very professional, efficient, friendly and easy to work with. Charlotte has an in depth knowledge of property marketing having been in the industry for a long period of time, and this was readily evident in the highly professional manner in which she went about the job entrusted to her. Her communication was excellent, and promptly informed me of all developments taking place. The advice she gave me was unbiased and invaluable which resulted in the property sale being finalized within a very short period of time. Very professional service with advance equipments . The new general tooth cleaning machine is excellent, no more thinking twice for scaling and cleaning tooth 🦷 any more. Visited today and cleaning was very-pleasant and painless I must say. Practice has very friendly staff and excellent dentists. We have been visiting them for 10+ years and we are very very happy .
