Completely unwilling to deal with problems. I was delayed for one day when my flight had to make and emergency stop in Hawaii . I called the Hotel and got no answer (multiple times), so I emailed to explain why I would be coming a day late. I arrived in Sydney to find my booking was cancelled. I couldn’t have a room because I was considered a no show and now they were fully booked. I am still on the hook for the full price, even though they obviously filled the room. Now when trying to ask if I can get a refund, the front desk literally hung up on me twice. Unbelievable. I guess when you have a full hotel you don’t care about customer service. Note: I did book through Bookings.com and I understand they have some responsibility in this. Also there is the possibility that the Hotel is understaffed and they are unable to deal with complaints or check their emails or answer the phone. Idk.

Don’t be fooled by the appearance, my room 102 was great, nice, quiet and dark for a great sleep before a long trip to Ukraine.
I was greeted by Nathan at the front desk, a really nice helpful guy with great customer service skills.
So grateful for the 12pm late checkout you saved me from sitting around for an additional 2hrs at a eerily dead international airport.
I would not hesitate to stay again if I need a convenient, comfortable and friendly stay close to the Airport.

Was looking for a compact camera with better quality photo/video features compared to current high end mobile phones. Had a chat with Andrew in-store and he assisted me very well, providing solid recommendations and technical expertise, and went out of his way to offer me options from the display. Definitely would look to purchase a new camera from them when I have the money! ☺️

Truly best camera warehouse in the city and all accessories for camera with solutions. All staffs working here are very nice and friendly. All brands of SLR, DSLR camera solutions available here. Its just beside the road so there is easy access. Very big space inside. Heaps of camera models and design. Best place to buy camera and also best place to visit for photographers.

Pretty disappointed really. Ordered a bag and strap which were both great prices however the order didn’t ship for another week after because of stock is issues. I didn’t receive any notification of a delay, no reply to an email or a chat request, after a phone call to the store a nice gent informed me of the issue but I wouldn’t have recieved this if I didn’t call. Then the parcel arrived like this. Not good enough these days guys, all you had to do was reply to an email or chat and put some effort into packing. Unfortunately for you, your competitors are doing a much better job.

Don’t book with these guys, totally scammers. We had a car booked for 1pm, only to arrive shortly before 12 and to find a big angry lock on the gate, as they’ve decided to go home earlier this day. Booking with Hertz in another place on that short notice will cost us double the price now.

Never even attemping to use these guys again. We booked/reserved a truck a few days in advance and they called to “confirm our booking” the day before at 4pm to say they only had a van available. We complained and they said they couldn’t do anything. We tried once more (we needed a truck twice) and gave them another chance as they had offered a small discount for the troubles. They then had the audacity to cancel our booking, again, the day before! Never ever again! Stay away! We ended up using Orana. Friendly service, well priced and didn’t cancel on us!

Terrific boot fitting experience with Tim! Super chilled guy and wonderful to chat with. Extremely experienced boot fitter, knows your feet and the boots. Took his time, never rushed nor pushed for sales. I didn’t buy the boots from him, but he still treated me as a proper customer. Gave me the minimal destructive solution, am extremely happy with the outcome. Gave me a super reasonable price after all, highly recommended!

I would disagree with Luis. This building “manager” doesn’t care about the safety of the building and the occupants at all. He doesn’t care much if report about a possible issue, he is busy and works fixed hours. What happens after hours – not his business. The rudest customer service that you won’t expect in this country. Wonder how he managed to get this job and how much longer will his employment last.

I love living here. Building is very well maintained, everything working well. The building manger is very attentive to the building and residents. Highly recommend. This building is a great example of a well kept and maintaining building – probably the best in Arncliffe/Wolli area..

The only thing better than the selection of firearms and stock in the store are the staff and their happy attitude, such an important part of keeping customers in the store if making them feel welcome, well I didn’t want to leave. Will definitely return soon. Thank you for you’re help.
Just a side note, you’re website could definitely use an update and list the stock inside your store. I figure only 5% of your store is actually online.

I went to these guys asking for help and an honest valuation on my guns before advertising to sell. They clearly completely low balled me less then quarter value with a smile on their face. Maybe for one of 3 reasons. Either they thought I was going to ask them to buy them or they have no idea of market value across the industry or they simply have no regard/ respect in applying an honest valued customer service. I’ve since spoken to a few other people and it seems this is not a trustworthy shop to visit. Shame on you

Have only had good experiences here both with pickup and delivery. If picking up, there’s really only parking in front of the store which is limited or long the the side street. It’s Dominos, it’s quick and easy non authentic pizza.

Don’t get the negative reviews. Place is okay, girls are nice. However they told me the normal service covers full service only for me to tell me I have to get diamond to get full service when I arrive. Management should keep their word.
