Great hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Arrived earlier than and expected and short time to get my room. Once again super nice staff. Room presentation was top notch, fresh and clean. Beautiful bedding and pillows. This location is excellent, close to all the shops and not far from the wharf.

Woah! So excited to come back! Booked this place for a wonderful rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I love this resort and I’m so thankful I stayed at my favorite place for less than what I typically pay.

Excellent art deco hotel in a excellent central Sydney location. High quality rooms. Proper Irish pub at ground level.

I was quarantined here for 14 days after coming back to Australia. The experience was amazing. The quality of food-service was five stars of course . The hotel management took an extra effort to arrange musical evening outside so that everyone could enjoy from their windows to give some relief in quarantine. Thank you very much for everything.

Spending two weeks in mandatory hotel quarantine after 5 after years in Peru was hard enough but to have my husband pass away, and the circumstances by which he did, whilst in quarantine has been the hardest experience of my life. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the team at the Sofitel for doing everything that they could to at least bring a little light in that lonely room, whilst my husband was being buried on the other side of the world. Thank you to each and every one of you for your kindness, compassion and genuine empathy; that telephone was a Lifeline and I thank you, I couldn’t have done it without you. Sending you all a big hug for the support you provided at the worst time of my life. Thanks guys xx

I stayed here for a mandatory 14 day quarantine. I had no choice where I stayed and quarantine was not easy at times, but the staff here were very helpful even though at times I may have been demanding. The food was good, and the food service staff, Morgan, Claire and Craig were so amazing . They worked hard to meet my dietary needs, and on the last day of my stay the celebrated my birthday by sending an amazing meal with wine balloons and dessert. Thanks to all at this hotel for making a difficult 2 weeks so much more pleasant.

A great staycation with the family. Staff were friendly and accommodating with our little bubba. Crib was supplied by the hotel on request (proper cot off the ground not a travel cot which was a nice surprise) plus included baby toiletries and a little welcome gift (teddy bear) for our daughter. Great location with lots of food options in the area. Definitely recommend high tea on the top floor which has amazing views!

I stay here every free months when in the city and the staff are always so accomodating.
The gentleman who served us this weekend was able to get us checked in early and also give us a late check out time! Which makes it better for us since we like to not rush when checking out in the afternoons.
Rooms are always clean and have amazing aircon.

Will always be my go to hotel 💓

I stayed here for a few months while working for a client in Sydney and it was the best stay at a hotel that I’ve had. The staff are absolutely lovely! When I fell quite ill, Albert and a staff member even took me to the doctors next door and stayed with me the whole time! The staff at Fraser Suites are just incredible, they checked in on me regularly and always took care of my requests. I was treated like family and felt so comfortable staying here. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. The amenities are great too, I made use of the gym and pool regularly and the location is perfect as it is close to food, shopping and the train. Just a wonderful place all around.

Booked this hotel over a month ago.

Received all confirmation emails to tell me my stay was booked.

When i arrived at the property they told me my stay was cancelled and there was an error from the booking team and they were meant to contact me.

Me and my wife were left out in the cold pretty upsetting all they needed to do was call.

Only thing i can say was blowing up in the lobby but i was quite annoyed.

Attended the Wizardry High Tea, service was slow – it looked like they lacked staff. Also, it was strange seeing a manager almost “yell” out loud to the patrons, “Does anyone have food allergies?” Unbecoming of a so-called 5 Star hotel. It was an event where we registered, put on a guestlist and assigned tables. I had a young child in my party whom we informed prior that she had a dairy allergy. They nearly mixed up her allergy requested high tea tower with another person’s order.

We love the Sir Stamford at Circular Quay & always enjoy not only it’s comfortable relaxed atmosphere but also the friendly professional service. The Whiskey Bar is our favourite place to go before/after a show or just a great place to enjoy good quality food/beverages on a night out. Accomodation is also fantastic & we just love that there is a little bit of “London” in Macquarie Street.

Att: The Manager
Last weekend, the 1st May 2021 my family stayed at your Hotel, Sebel Quay West Suites, The Rocks.

I would like to give you some general feedback.

Your Hotel is beautifully located, well within walking distance of everything people would want out of Sydney, shops, food, activities, tourism. The lobby is sensationally presented and very up market. The rooms are spacious and have views of the Harbour and surrounds that are absolutely beautiful. Albeit the rooms could do with some updating and maybe have the old silicon replaced in the bathroom to remove some mould. In saying that, It’s only a minor issue.

Parking was a breeze, it was in a safe location, off the main streets which made everything easy.

The main reason for my contact is to tell you that your staff are a credit to your Hotel. Everyone we engaged with were professional, polite, informative and so well presented. Their engagement with visitors was superb, making my family feel welcome and appreciated. I would stay at your Hotel based only your staff’s professionalism alone.

I would like you to pass on my families thanks to the staff that worked over the period of my stay, they were excellent.

Enjoyed another overnight stay in one of Meriton World Towers Horizon suites. Luxurious and beautiful place to spend the night. Always a pleasure. I have lived here for a long time at Meriton world tower never had trouble with reception until today as the other receptionists know me. But the older guy at the reception gave me a hard time when I asked him to cancel my cards he asked for my I’d and I obliged even after I showed him my email with the same name on the lease. Even after I gave my ID he asked what date my lease ends and I found that a personal question. He treated me rudely after I patiently waited for him to finish his phone call

This was an amazing place to stay in. The staff were super friendly and genuinely cared. They also did charge the earth to care. They made our anniversary/birthday stay very warm, welcoming and enjoyable. It’s a smaller hotel central to everywhere. Has a terrace area over looking the lane but the roof is not accessible unless you stay in the Penthouse. It’s a short walk from Circular Que. surrounded by great restaurants and over the road is an Ezy Mart just across the road. I am currently finishing Day 1 of my hotel quarantine and I am not sure I will want to leave on Day 14. The staff in this hotel is unbelievable. So friendly and so attentive. If you call and ask for anything they have available, it’s outside your door in a few minutes. I don’t know how that is possible but they do it. The pre-recorded message they played while we were on the bus at the hotel – waiting to disembark – commented about their world class kitchen and that there would be no hotel quarantine food horror stories here. That is an understatement. 2 days in I can say, unequivocally, the food is outstanding. Very well presented and interesting ingredients and sides. We asked for gluten free options and that was no issue at all. Bless you all for making hotel quarantine something to enjoy and not just endure. Thank you! You are all so appreciated!!

Each time I rang reception for a coffee or ice to keep my drinks cold they would bring it up in a flash, nothing was an effort for them. The food was great too, great variety and flavour! All the nurses that rang each morning to check on me were lovely and patient. I was definitely lucky being placed here! Thanks so much for an enjoyable fortnight!

Was probably once a great Apartment Hotel but it is now a little run down and dated. I must say we had a good sized open apartment with a double and two single beds that overlooked a pleasant view of the city. A good sized bathroom/laundry combo and loved the shower – good flow and hot! The kitchenette was small and could have done with a new bar fridge. The ice compartment was frozen over and the seal was not working properly. Overall, not flash but quite comfortable; warm and very good beds. Being so close to the Botanical Gardens is a great advantage. Very pleasant gentleman at reception when I was there. It

Me and my two children stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks hotel quarantine. The room was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the facilities were all funtctioning properly. The staff was very helful. My children got amazed when they were sent a jigsaw puzzle and some friday treats. That kept going them for the rest of the quarantine period. The thing that surprised me most is, when my birthday fell on in a day during the stay, the hotel staff send us cup cakes with my name on it and a small gift as well. That is something I was never expecting during a hotel quarantine stay. So hats off to the staff, who were very much considerate and caring !!!
